What Im working on In MOVING IMAGE

I am currently working on photoshop to try and animate some pictures I have taken towards my project.
WHATS WORKING 
Whats working is applying different vectors to give the picture a animated look to it

 
WHATS NOT WORKING
I am really deciding to give some of my images a more cartoon look, just to add another effect to my video
